So, I just failed to log into my blog THREE times. Fuck. That my friends is how you know you are seriously slacking on a project that involves passwords. The only good thing is that my username is my e-mail, and since I've started using my real e-mail for things starting in the past 5 years it helps that I knew it. I always used a fake email, or one that I sent spam too so my inbox wouldn't get cluttered, and also some sort of Big Brother fright had been instilled in me at some point. But Im better now...i think. Anyway, here I am. I made it inside the locked doors of blogger.
A concern of mine about the blog is that since I have so few posts since the April song thing, that I shamefully didn't finished, it looks kind of like Im in high school again posting my favorite songs for the world to hear and I dont think it makes me look very serious. THIS IS MY SERIOUS FACE, DAMNIT. So, to take them down, or not to take them down...that's the question. I'll sleep on it and get back to you in another month.
Just kidding......hopefully.

SUMMER
Ok, it's August now. I knew this because, well I looked at a calendar, but also because status' keep popping up in my newsfeed that say things like:
"Im so sad summers almost over"
"It's August, cold weather will be here soon"
WHAT?! Ok, for kids/teacher who go back to school, yes summer is nearing the end, but to say that summer's literally almost over is bonkers. First of all, according to the calendar it's not over until the end of September. AND it stays warm until at least a week past labor day weekend ATLEAST. So to say that summer is almost over now, is like saying winter ends in February, which we all know is a bunch of bullshit.
So perk up people. DANCE! IT'S SUMMERTIME! ...(STILL)

Oh, here I am.
Sorry about the insanely long ass hiatus. I got all caught up in moving, settling, exploring, etc. Hopefully I can recharge and get back into the swing of things.
Just so you know ladies, chivalry still exists. It was pouring this entire week and while stepping off the subway, and approaching the steps to go outside, umbrella in hand, there was a girl at the bottom of the stairs waiting to see if the rain would let up. As she's standing there a guy comes down the stairs and hands her his umbrella and keeps walking. It was so AWESOME. I bet that guy has some amazing karma, the hand off seemed so easy for him. I've decided that I need to do more things like that.

nineteen.
My brother used to order CDs by mail and since I wanted to be just like him, I would either steal them or go out and buy the exact same ones. Thats how I was introduced to The Steve Miller Band Greatest Hits album. Plus I was strangely drawn to the horse on the cover that looked like it was on fire and had diamonds for eyes. I could probably sing every song from this albumby heart before I was 10.

Im not really into female singers for some reason, but as of late Ive been listening to a lot of alternative/electronic female artists and I CANT STOP.
A Song I wish I heard on the Radio: Metric -- "Help Im Alive"

I don't know why they just didn't stop after the orange hats, but they didn't and apparently radio personality LOVES this song. Personally it makes me want to vomit everytime I hear it... PLUS they're old as fuck.
A song that I hear often on the radio: Divo -- "What We Do"
